Product Overview

Purfix Xpress Underlay is an acoustical underlayment with a pre-applied adhesive on one side that bonds to the floor covering, for fast and easy “floating” installations of modular dry back resilient flooring, including LVT, PVC, and bio-based polyurethane floors.

Xpress Underlay allows for immediate flooring use after installation and is suitable for use with radiant heating.

Xpress Underlay reduces walking noise and impact sound while increasing comfort underfoot. It can be installed over most subfloors in residential and light commercial settings. This underlay is suitable for underfloor heating and can be installed with up to 95% RH in the subfloor. It can also reduce the amount of subfloor preparation as it can hide subtle subfloor imperfections.
